Health Care for the Homeless - Baltimore County

Welcome to Healthcare for the Homeless Baltimore County

Health Care for the Homeless Baltimore County (HCH-BC), an expansion project of Healthcare for the Homeless, Inc., is funded by a three-year grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. The clinic, located at the Eastern Family Resource Center, provides comprehensive care to homeless residents of Baltimore County.

Through collaboration with Franklin Square Hospital and Baltimore County agencies, the clinic provides primary medical care to men, women and children, case management and referrals for mental health, dental and substance abuse needs.
